PropertyFlowTools.com does not collect, store, or transmit your financial inputs or deal data to our servers. All calculations are performed locally in your browser.

Local Storage

If you use the "Save Deal" feature, deal data is stored in your browser's localStorage. This data:

• • Remains on your device only
• • Is never transmitted to our servers
• • Is deleted when you clear your browser data
• • Is not synchronized across devices

Share URLs

When you use the "Share" feature, your calculator inputs are encoded as URL parameters. Anyone with the link can see these parameters. Do not include sensitive personal or financial information (full property addresses, personal identification) in deal names if you intend to share the URL publicly.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate page usage, such as pages visited, referrers, device type, and basic performance signals. Calculator inputs, saved deals, property names, and share-link values are not sent through analytics.

When you submit the contact form, the information you enter is sent to our third-party form provider, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, so we can receive and respond to your message. For privacy-related questions, please use our contact page.
